Our personal training focuses on building a programme around the client, rather than the other way around.

Personal Training starts with a consultation where your individual training goals are discussed. Here we are more interested in finding out what you can’t do, not what you can already do. We analyse functional movement screens and various tests to pinpoint weak links. Weaknesses are developed as a result of stress, poor movement, and bad posture habits or from injury. We interpret the weakness as an energy leak in your kinetic chain of movement, so it is important that the initial stages of training are used to refine your movement patterns to reduce and eradicate energy leaks, in turn helping you to develop resistance to injury. Retesting of functional movement screens is an on going process throughout the training schedule, with the overall aim being efficient athletic movement, to achieve maximum gain from each exercise, so each training session is as effective as possible.

- Posture and Muscular rebalancing
- Strength and Endurance
- Injury rehabilitation
- Nutrition
- Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT)
